Our lab is located in Maxwell Dworkin G116 (33 Oxford Street, 02138 Cambridge, MA).

Lab Safety

All new group members and visiting users of the cooking lab are required to complete:

(1) Online lab safety training for the cooking lab followed by an in-person training by the lab manager.

To access the training: (1) Go to: https://trainingportal.harvard.edu (2) Log in (3) Search for

“cooking” in the upper right-hand corner, and you will be taken to the “Science and Cooking Lab

Safety Training”.

(2) General Harvard Environmental Health & Safety training courses at the Harvard Training Portal 

(3) Any lab-specific orientation guided by lab members.
